Causes the radio's front display, keypad,
rotary switch, and top
display to illuminate each time a button, switch or keypad button
is pressed (except for the PTT button,
Emergency,
or Monitor).
The lights stay illuminated for the amount of time specified in the Display Light Time field.
When disabled, the 
Light / Flip (Display) selection
turns on and off the displays and keypad light.
This selection also
applies to a portable Accessory that has a display, such as the Display
Remote Speaker Microphone (DRSM).This
selection applies on a radio-wide basis.
When the Display Light Time field is not set to "Infinite", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
